Morning advice

I’m not an early riser as of yet. My oldest son wakes up before me most of the time and he usually wants to watch TV and I don’t want him to. He’s 10. He sometimes doesn’t know what to do with himself. Any suggestions so he can keep himself busy without watching TV? Maybe I should just wake up earlier than him, but ...

Baby won't sleep at night

My baby is nearly 2 weeks old. She sleeps amazingly during the day - not a care in the world. Isn't woken by noise, doesn't mind the moses basket, is an absolute angel. At night time she will not sleep and I am at the end of my tether! She will fuss and cry for hours and hours. It feels like a constant cycle of nap...

Is it possible to introduce a pacifier to your baby at 6mo?? We have never offered my baby a pacifier before as he never needed it, he was a very chilled newborn who slept through the night. He has recently turned 6mo and has been waking up every 1-2hrs consistently for the last 2 months and I am wanting to try ev...

Early wakeups

My girl goes to bed for the night anywhere between 7 and 8 but doesn't matter what time she does, she always wakes up around 5.30. and it takes anywhere from 10-30 min to resettle her usually by bringing her into bed with me and feeding (even if she fed a couple of hours before that). I'm usually awake at 5.30 anywa...

Bottle feeding

My baby is 9 weeks old and was breast fed exclusively until 7 weeks old, now she has formula all through the day and just breast before bed and through the night. I’ve just upped her formula to a 5oz bottle but she feeds every 2 hours still. Is this normal?! I’ve tried to stretch it to 3 hours but she just screams...

Mentally losing it 💔

I had to find a platform where I can write this anonymously so I don’t get judged. I feel like since pregnancy I have not had a break mentally and on the verge of a break down. I keep putting people first and none of them even care when I need them . I finished uni and fell instantly pregnant and moved to Oldham to ...

Hi all, could you please advise me how does it work? I haven't heard from Health Visiting in ages and my baby will be 1 next week.
