So I have PCOS and potential endometriosis. Im overproducing too many eggs that aren’t always maturing. I was told I had to have a laparoscopy, but why didn’t they just try clomid first?

What help do you get if you’re referred to the fertility clinic and all the tests come back normal. I know there’s the routes of IVF but would that be the only option. I’ve had some tests and so far it’s all normal for us both so I’m getting nervous they’ll say that our only option is to pay for IVF.
