You should definitely make this sensitive picture. If no pain it could be something other then miscarriage. When was the last time u had a scan to confirm fetal pole & sac? I pray this isn’t anything serious for you

@Renee I’m so sorry I honestly posted it as sensitive so don’t know what happened, is it now, I’m sorry to anyone who this has upset! I’m so worried, but yes no pain at all, and we have just come back from a & e now! I’m so scared but trying to remain hopeful xx

We went for a reassurance scan at 6+5 and heard heartbeat and saw baby

i’m sorry to say hun but this does look like a sack, please go to a&e immediately regardless of if you’re in pain or not

I’m home now and completely stopped bleeding when I went for reassurance scan they said they could see blood around my womb and it could pass, I’m in no pain now. But can’t wait to Monday to find out if I have lost my baby x

Since you’re not in pain it doesn’t sound concerning. How long did your bleeding last? When I had my miscarriage I bled for almost a month and it was awful.

Midwife here, looks like a blood clot to me. Tip: clots you can put your fingers through, tissue you can’t. Hope all is well for your scan bless you having to wait all weekend x

Yea I had a miscarriage @ 6weeks & it was terribly painful & a ton of blood & clots. Everyone’s different but @ 10weeks I’d say you’d have pain associated & a lot more blood. I’m glad the scan was reassuring. I had a synchronic hematoma this pregnancy & passed big clots. No pain for weeks. I am now 36 weeks pregnant

It showed up as sensitive on my feed for me until I clicked on the post itself ! But oh my gosh I’m so sorry ! I would definitely go to the ER !

Its not misscarriage… When i was 10 weeks pregnant i also experienced heavy bleeding and same large clot like this without any pain. I was also scared that i may be a misscarriage.. but in ultrasound everything was ok.. i had subchorionic hemotoma..dr sd i may be it happend because of that..

Might be subchorionic hematoma definitely get an ultrasound done don’t see why they wasn’t concerned about it

Yes possibly sub chorionic hematoma. Your pregnancy can totally work out fine. I had clots too, although not that big, they were similar in shape and consistency. They’d just fall out of me like that. No pain, no sign. It’s old blood being removed from between the lining and your uterus, or something like that.

I don't understand why they didn't give you an ultrasound. It looks like you're passing blood clots due to you having a sub chorionic hematoma I experienced this as well and started bleeding around 11 weeks went to ER they did an ultrasound and seen it on the ultrasound it was nothing they could do they told me it will pass on it's own. It did, and it took 4 weeks to do so. I was bleeding the whole time, but it wasn't enough to fill a pad, and I wasn't in any pain anyways I went full term and had a healthy baby

Thankyou all so much for your concern and reassuring comments I’m uk based and went to bed at 1am and just woke now, haven’t had the best night sleep. They said due to not bleeding or being in any pain, they would like to see me Monday but me and my partner are going to go to saint Michael’s this morning where there is more chance they may scan me. Other than that I will pay for a scan today, it sounds horrible to say but I don’t want to spend the money, and be told what I fear, but then I suppose paying to find out my baby is healthy will be the best money I will ever spend! You’re all so lovely, I will be sure to update you all once I know! 👏 xx

It looks like a miscarriage to me, I had a miscarriage and had no pain either and passed a clot like this

I had a subchronic hemotoma at around 7 weeks and it looked like this, wasn't quite as big but I had a fair bit of bleeding too. Hopefully you get your answers today 🤞

Gosh how scary for you. Fingers crossed everything is okay. Its reassuring that the hospital doesn't think its too worrying!!

Can you not ask to be referred to your EPU? Or call EPU directly and explain. They will get you in ASAP! X

Oh bless you, I’m so sorry. I had a MMC @ 13 weeks with my first but it’s because I didn’t know I was pregnant but I was in a lot of pain. I initially went to a&e thinking I had kidney stones as I was in agony and it wasn’t until they scanned that they realised I was pregnant but mid-loss. My 2nd pregnancy I had a reassurance scan at 7 weeks and was told there was no yolk sac or fetal pole visible and they basically told me to prepare to mc & booked me in for a rescan in two weeks. (This was all privately with window to the womb). I had no pain like before but did pass a clot similar to yours (mine was smaller) and thought the worst. I asked to bring my scan forward which they refused so I went to a different branch who didn’t know I’d only been scanned a week ago. They booked me in for a few days after (would’ve been 10 days after the first scan) and I saw my little boys heartbeat and they said everything was fine and he’s now 10 months old! Xx

Yes everything was fine, I had a previous miscarriage so was terrified but thankfully our rainbow is 9 months old now

Ahhh so glad all was ok at the scan! Sometimes paying the money for that peace of mind is really all you need to do! I had 5 private scans because of how nervous I was throughout the entire pregnancy 😂😂😂 xx
