Any tips advice on increasing Breast milk?
20days PP. I can't fully BF as I'm so tired and unwell from my csection. But my wish is to BF mostly as formula is so expensive! And I just want her to have my milk but I'm so sore still. So I'm sometimes putting her on my breast. If not then I'm pumping. But when I'm pumping I was doing every few hrs and ir would sometimes make 1oz max 4oz. But everyday I'm pumping and yesterday for first time in ages it came to 4oz but I only pumped once in the day. How do I increase supply because b4 giving birth I bought milk bags to pump and store milk in but their of no use now as I'm not producing enuff milk😩

@Ellie I was doing that alot in the first 2wks. Ever since partners back at work my hands have been full with 2 so I'm still trying my best. But even when I was doing every 3hrs or so it still was not alot. Literally 1oz, 1.5 or 2oz
You doing a great job, my advice is continue what you are doing now with pumping and put your baby streight on your boobs whenever she is hungry and due her feed before giving her formula.
I was a planned C birth. Day 11, no milk 🤷🏼♀️
