Bleeding after miscarriage

Hiya, I had the same my missed miscarriage passed with medication but was incomplete and when I went for another scan yesterday I've got an infection and inflammation so have been given antibiotics to treat. My blood is also black at the point and the smell isn't awful but it's noticeable when I go to the toilet so it sounds very similar. If that's what it is it's easy to treat but not so ething you want to leave very long untreated. I hope you're doing okay otherwise ❤️
@Kerry thank you! I’ve given the ward a wee call and they don’t seem overly worried by it, have told me to keep and eye and to call back at the start of the week. I’m feeling okay and don’t have a temp so they think it’s just old blood. This whole thing is just not enjoyable at all!
@anon thank you! The ward don’t seem worried (they spoken to a doctor on the ward) but have told me to keep an eye on it? So will probably give another call on Monday. I haven’t been offered a scan. Was just sent away and told to take a test in 3 weeks time from the day I passed the sac etc xx
Definitely keep an eye on it, I mentioned the smell twice before the inflammation got picked up on my scan, and I feel well otherwise, but hopefully it's not the case for you 😊 the whole thing is crap isn't it xxx

So sorry you are going through this. I had alot of bleeding after and ended up in A&E as I had retained alot. So I ended up having to have the op to remove the rest. I would suggest getting back In touch with the colour and smell incase u have an infection. Good luck xx
