Struggling
We had to take a break from trying as was just finding it really disheartening. My previous 5 cycles have been 28 days long. This is my first month back testing for ovulation with clear blue digital and yesterday I got my high fertility I’m concerned as today is now day 18 and from what I can see this mean I may have a short leutal phase. I’m really concerned has anyone else had this

If you’re concerned about a short luteal phase, this means your progesterone is low. Look into taking chaste tree (an herbal supplement that stimulates the production of progesterone) and acupuncture. A naturopath will be able to support dosing around the chaste tree.

You may have a short luteal phase or you may have a delayed period. My last cycle i ovulated on CD 25 and today I got my period on CD 37, which is 12 days. It's short-ish for a luteal phase as mine are usually closer to 14 days but long enough that implantation could have occurred.
