So freaking confused and worried I miss my peak...

OK so my AF has been all out of wack since having a loss in November 2022, I'll post pics of dates for reference. Dates have varied between 20 day cycle up to 35 day cycle but mostly between 25- 30 which is normal but they so unregular for me, used to be so regular before then. So I've now been testing my ovulation. But I'm currently on day 3 of my AF and all my apps say I ovulate now and then 3-4 days after and I've took my ovulation tests and I currently am scoring a high today. Wondering if anyone has experienced this and can give me some advice 🤔 thanks ladies 🫶🏼❤️

I haven’t experienced anything like this but I see other ladies saying taking vitamins/supplements helped balance out their cycles- were your cycles regular before your loss? Sorry to hear that too, must be super hard ❤️

@Robyn Yeah? Sounds like something worth trying 🤞🏼 and yeah they were pretty much 26-27 day cycles and I also have a ten year old and AF was normal after he was born. Just maybe think its been the stress tbh I was 22 weeks when I loss my son theo, was traumatic breach birth to follow, plus surgery a week after that to fix an infection from bit of the placenta that had got stuck, so thinking that and plus my mind has maybe played a part in it tbf, but now ttc and tracking ovulation do ladies normally OV during or straight after? I'm scared I miss my day as dunno if testing whilst on AF is a thing 🤷🏻‍♀️ so confusing sorry for the long message just so confused 😕❤️

Ngl I'm only gonna be 32 this year and also having so so so many symptoms of perimenopause I.e night sweat, hot flashes, mood swings, etc and now a really unregular AF, ngl kind of scared/embarrassed to go to the doctors incase they say yes it's perimenopause, I'm so young my mum hasn't even hit menopause yet! I'm probably overthinking but I am gonna suck it up and see someone x
