Pregnancy after depo shot

My last injection was in October 2018. Period came back around 5 months later. Got pregnant in 2022. But no one can say for sure if it's because of injection or other factors. I was on it for about 8 years 😬 which I then only realised isn't recommended at all. Before I got pregnant I had a freak period for over a month. Went to doctors and was prescribed folic acid tablets because my vitamin B levels were low. Again maybe that is why I wasn't getting pregnant before/ or got pregnant because I was on higher dose of folic acid. Who knows.

I came off the Depo injection late 2021 and had been on it for nearly 10 years, some intense hormonal months later (9 to be exact) I got my period back which took 6-9 months to normalise and then I got pregnant after my third 'normal' cycle so about 2 years in total, but we weren't actually trying yet and then it just happened a few months earlier than planned 😂🥰
