Working out

6 months pp and I want to slowly start working out. Any tips on getting started? How do you make the time for this?

Start with walking and work up from there. I make the time. I work all day and then go to the gym.

I would workout early mornings or later when my kids are napping

I work out 3 times a week. My workouts are usually around 30-40 minutes. And I usually do them when baby is napping or after a long nap, and I entertain my son with my sets, lol. However, I went with a local personal trainer rather than a program this time just because I wanted it curated to my needs. She was having a sale, so I figured why not

I started with walking, then found some exercise where I can take my lil one.
