@Jessica thank you, I had my first spotting almost 2 weeks ago so I know my lines won’t be super dark but since I’d be almost 8 weeks I feel like they should be darker. I go to the OB in 22 days but I don’t know if I can wait that long. I have a feeling like I know that I’m pregnant but I’m not sure now
@LeAnndra how do you feel any cramping and breast tenderness?
@Jessica I’ve had lots of cramping and even laying in certain positions is very uncomfortable and sometimes a bit painful, I’ve been really nauseous since I had the spotting, I know there’s more but I don’t remember it all
@LeAnndra definitely sounds like you’re pregnant to me. Maybe you should go to the dr sooner for peace of mind xoxo
Yup you’re definitely pregnant lol congrats mama!
@Jessica thank you❤️
If you are around 8 weeks the line should definitely be a dark line as a healthy HCG level would be between 8,000-200,000+ and a home pregnancy test would show a pretty dark line with as low as 200 HCG which would be around the time a period is missed. Definitely go get your levels checked, I would call to see if you can come in any sooner, or go to a free health clinic and walk in to get it checked. If you’re not having bright red spotting and severe cramping then I would think maybe you ovulated later than you thought especially since you had implantation bleeding just two weeks ago, you probably are only 4 weeks along maybe even slightly less and this cycle was a longer cycle for you. Any line, even super faint, means you are pregnant but it gets darker based on the amount of HCG it detects which should only be that low in the first few weeks.
@Samantha my periods are irregular but always start the same, last time I had intercourse was April 9th but due to my last period I would be 8 weeks, we aren’t too sure tho
Do a digital test. It will say yes or pregnant!
Ultalabstests.com ~$40 (can use FSA/HSA) to order a hCG quantitative blood draw. You will need to do it 2 times, 2nd is done 48 hrs after 1st. The first confirms your pregnancy and the second tells you if your levels are doubling properly. If your doctor can do that for you sooner and insurance can cover even better. That’s my recommendation since doctors delay seeing women who are pregnant because of scheduling and sadly because miscarriages happen. You can email those numbers to your doctor.
@Cristina I just scheduled an OB appointment for the 17th
Looks like you are around 4 weeks pregnant because of the very faint line, not 8, but yes girl you are pregnant!!
@Nadine I would be between 6 and 8 weeks
The date of your last period isn’t always reliable either. Many women believe they are at a certain point until they get their first ultrasound and sometimes the due date changes and can be two weeks earlier than they thought. Example: 8 weeks according to last period, first ultrasound shows you are only 6 weeks and due date is changed. This usually happens because you ovulate later than you thought. ESPECIALLY if you have an irregular cycle, first day of last menstrual period isn’t super accurate in that case.

I had positive and neg tests, I went for u/s , not pregnant
Even a faint line means you’re pregnant the lines will get darker as you get further along I suggest a pink dye or digital test to confirm good luck mama!
