Lithuanian Dual Passport.

My son was born in England to me (fully English & British Citizen) and his dad (fully Lithuanian & Lithuanian citizen). His dad was born in Lithuania to two Lithuanian nationals, has a Lithuanian passport, and is a Lithuanian citizen by birth and nationality. Does anybody know if it is possible for our child to have a dual nationality/citizenship/passport and if so, what is the process of this?

Hey, yes I am Lithuanian and baby can have dual nationality. First of all you need to get an apostle for the birth certificate then send it to an interpreter (Maryte is a good one on Facebook) she will send you the translated version. You will then make an appointment at the lithuanian embassy for the baby’s first passport. If you have any questions feel free to contact me otherwise Maryte Kairyte on Facebook is a great help with all this.

@Samanta oh thank you so so much!! I’ll message her this afternoon x
