I have to agree with the above comment a bit 😭. My boy absolutely loved his walker but honestly it just made him lazy when it came to crawling 😂. During the 8 month regression he was miserable during the day, and he’d attempt to crawl but fail and just get so frustrated. The only way to keep him happy was the walker. I spoke to my HV about crawling and she said stop the walker for a few days completely and when he’s getting frustrated just keep putting him back up on all fours. After 3/4 days he was crawling!
My LO is the same, 9 months next week and still can’t crawl! She just pushes up with her arms then stops and will kick her legs like mad 🤣 she’s been doing this for WEEKS now 🤣🫠
My 8 month old is just sitting up and no attempt to crawl. She is my 3rd and first was 9 months and second was 10.5 months. Honestly don’t worthy they both walked 12 and 13 months respectively. I much more chill the 3rd time

My 8 month old is refusing to sit up every time we sit him there he will throw himself back luckily it is on to us as we are sat behind him but hubby said every child is different he will do it when he wants x
My baby boy is exactly the same! My first was the same too ge wasn't sitting up by himself or anything by 9 months and I feel this one is going the same way. Boys must just be lazy x
Sit in walkers are not really recommended I never used one to be honest I would try getting loads of toys and place him on the Matt my girl is crawling but she had a jumperoo but I hardly use it I just let her go free on the floor with her toys she started army crawling for weeks then just crawled your boy will soon get there hun but bare in mind aswell some babies don’t crawl and they just walk instead hun x
Every baby is different and will do things at their own pace. My little girl is 10 months and not crawling either but I’m not worried x
I feel like a dick for saying this but walkers and jumpers aren't really very good for babies' development. They need space to move around more naturally. Try and just get him on the playmat more, get loads of toys on there to encourage him?
