There’s nothing you can personally do because all your eggs have x chromosomes. It’s the man’s sperm that determines the sex. Sex selection via IVF is illegal in the UK (unless medically justified for a sex-linked illness) but you can use PGD to choose the sex of your embryos in the US. If you’re trying naturally, all I can say is that you need to be 100% open to the possibility that your next baby could be another girl. And if you’re not ok with that, I’d say don’t bother trying at all.

I read PH of body of man and women's have a lot to do with it. look up what boys prefer and then eat foods to makes your body more of that PH. The man is who carries the y sperm so it also just depends on him but you could try other things to hopefully help.

The man determines gender so there’s nothing you really can do, I have a little boy and am 38 weeks pregnant with my second boy, we are actively discussing a third and final child and I would desperately love it to be a girl but no matter what we do we can’t guarantee it, I know there’s some evidence to suggest that having sex as close as possible to ovulation increases the chances of a boy and having sex a few days before ovulation increases the chances of having a girl but honestly you get what you get and unless you’re in a country where you can selectively pick gender through IVF then there’s no guarantee
