False positives are not common, false NEGATIVES are more likely. It's measuring your HCG levels. If they are there, they are there. In 9 pregnancies and 4 babies, i have never had a false positive. xxxx

@Nicole agreed, and often they aren't a "true" false positive, because they are read outside of the time frame, the test has been tampered with, or used outside of the instructions in some other way xx
