Drained

I got diagnosed with pcos after I had my son and was sent for a scan by my gp recently to get checked over and they said I had small follicles in both of my ovaries and my left ovary measured 20.9cc in volume and my right measured 8.4 in volume … I’m still so confused as the doctors are useless and didn’t explain hardly anything to me in regards to have sever my condition is .. I’ve just Got pcos and that’s it .. I’m worried I may not be able to have any more children due to not actually knowing if I’ve ovulated or not and I’m doing everything under the sun down to working out everyday and changing my whole eating habits to.. this month is the first month my period hasn’t come and I’m just left feeling so defeated and fed up of living like a robot 😫

I am so sorry to hear you had a horrible experience with your diagnosis. As someone with PCOS myself and suffered many years of infertility. I would recommend researching what condition is and looking at focusing on a healthy nutritional diet. Nothing that resticts you from any form of natural food and minimises high processed foods. I found the Mediterranean diet was the best for PCOS because it allowed me to back using high nutritional based foods like vegetables, olive oil, whole grains, fish, and lean meats. The way I tracked my ovulation is by using ovusense. The best thing on the market for someone PCOS. I tried the ovulation sticks, but it doesn't give you an accurate window, especially if your periods are irregular like mine was. There are ways to make sure you are able to have another child. After a year of following the Mediterranean diet and using ovusense. I am now 22 weeks pregnant. You find your way. If you want to talk, I am here. xx
