Wax melts

I didn’t realise this I use scentcy ones 🙈

Tbh I have never heard of this or been told about it I had candles on and wax melts on when I had the midwifes and hv come out and I never once got told they were unsafe around a baby it's normally oh that smells nice blah blah blah

Yes I am the same I now switched to beeswax candles

I was told not to have anything scented in the same room as a baby, including things like air freshener plug ins🫤 I used to always have something on to make my house smell good, I miss it if I'm honest. I'm just using the gel air freshener blocks for now. I think maybe soy or beeswax candles may be a safer option? Or burn the candle in a different room to where your baby is like if you spend most the day in the living room maybe burning a candle in the kitchen would be ok

I have mine burning in the hallway so it’s not in the same room as baby but the smell still lingers around the house x
