Badger notes

Anyone else having trouble logging into badger notes? I’ve been logged out and can’t get back in, usually log in via the nhs app login but it keeps saying something went wrong. Been like that for 2 days now. Anyone else having trouble with it? X

I haven't been able to login for a month. Have asked my midwife and she can't sort it out either

Just checked and I can get onto mine. Do you have the actual badger notes app rather than doing it through the nhs app? Could be worth a try that way if you have the log in details

Checked mine and can log in fine but I use the actual badger notes app

I had loads of trouble getting logged on initially and it turned out a digit of my phone number was missing so get your midwife to check all the details are 100% correct if that sounds like the issue. I haven't had any issues logging in since but I used the other login option rather than via my NHS login. Unfortunately they seem to think it's fine to lump the midwives with tech support for a new app with minimal if any training!
