Kendamil and prep machine

I’m using kendamil, and I’ve seen that 1 scoop = 30ml of water, obviously the prep machine makes bottles in ozs and not ml, just wondering what does everyone do when making a bottle with kendamil

30ml is 1oz? Do 1 scoop to every oz right?? If I’m right u do hot shot of 1oz add all ur scoops then mix it and add the remaining ? But I don’t get these prep machines becuase after the hot shot rest of the water hasn’t been sterilised only filtered so surely it’s bad for baby??

Hey! 30ml is 1oz, depending on how much your baby is drinking. You just put the number of scoops to match the number of ozs. Eg 4 scoops for 4ozs. Hope this helps

@Kelly I just was looking on the mam bottles and I use 5oz atm and 150ml is above 5oz on the bottle x

@Nat I am looking on my mam bottles and I use 5oz and 150ml is higher than 5oz and 150ml would be 30x5

Its just due to the slightly off conversion but its right. 1 scoop of powder per 30ml/1oz. I use Mam and also a prep machine x

@Sarah I don’t have the digital prep machine
