You could also go work at a preschool/daycare. Most give you fee spot for your kid, make sure you ask if your child would be free if you work there, a few places make you pay a % I work at a preschool and my daughter is always with me 5 days a week at school. (I am not allowed to work in her room that cares for her though)
I'd start with a dv hotline. Even if he's only verbally abusive, they can help connect you to resources. Wahjobqueen posts customer service type jobs regularly so you can check there. I think @Layla 's idea to look at daycares would be better because you'll likely find a position faster that could work for you and you can make sure your LO has care too.

@Gia For me, when I started Jan of last year, all I needed was customer service experience (idk why because you don’t deal with members at all but during the interview i answered almost everything with some sort of i like helping people lol) the position is callled Claims Benefit Specialist Ops
