Jet lag and extreme fussiness

My baby and I just returned from a 3.5 week trip to Australia and then Dubai. He handled the trip like a pro and generally slept quite well. Last night he slept fine after we arrived home. Today he is incredibly emotional, fussy, clingy, easily distracted. He has napped but he won’t let me out of his sight, he breaks down into a totally distressing new cry. I know that it’s normal and I know that it’s probably a mix of jet lag and discovering he is a separate person and also possibly another set of teeth… but for all or one of these, i would desperately welcome any tips to help him back to his gorgeous little self again… please 🙏🏽

Long haul flights with babies are so tough. He is just adjusting. I’d suggest contact naps and check the teeth too. It took my Little one a week to adjust after Australia. We do the same again in December with a 4 month old. It’s so tough but promise it eases he will adjust back

@Brenda thanks so much for your help here
