How to increase breastmilk supply?

Hey mums, I’m feeding my child through expressed breastmilk and I express around 8-10times a day but the supply is constant for months now, it’s not increasing, it was enough for my 3months old child but now he’s 4 and a half and there’s a need to increase his feed amount, what can I do? I have tried drinking various teas, oats, power pumping, good sleep etc but it’s not working😒 please help🙏

The only way to increase supply is milk removal; putting baby to the breast is the most effective way. What makes you think that you have low supply? Why do you think he needs to increase? Xx

Usually babies don't increase the amount of breastmilk they drink after a couple months as the milk adapts and increases in calories and relevant nutrients. Does he show signs of still being hungry after a feed or is it just him getting older that makes you think he needs more?
