My walmart doesnt answer their phones EVER so cant even call and ask :)

If you can prove you forgot it then go back and explain and show your receipt. There might be video of you forgetting it. 🤷‍♀️

Take the receipt to customer service and explain what happened. They can check security footage if they don't believe you didn't take the diapers home

@Charlotte I have the receipt but my daughters dad thinks it was left in the cart, I personally was in lala land so 😅 i never pay attention in public when I am with him lol and ofc i was parked hidden behind hella cars so they probably cant see

I’d try contacting customer service through the walmart app! Tell them you’re a momma with mommy brain, and you’re pretty sure you left your diapers behind in a cart. Ask if it’s possible to get a refund because with a new baby, you’re strapped for money!

@Jessyca Yeah! We get a lot of our stuff delivered with Walmart+ and I have asked for refunds for various things. Usually never have an issue.

@Jessica yeah she couldn't help since its not an online order but she did give me a $5 credit so that was really nice of her, thank you for that advice!

Go to customer service or call them

@Abby they never answer their phones and the only reason I didn't go back and go to customer service because I guarantee there would've been no one there to help me, i can try to go tomorrow but i feel like i'm gonna be SOL on this one 🫠 I also did try to call just in case but no answer

@Jessyca if it was left in the cart, then it was likely returned to the store. Have them check security footage from the timestamp on the receipt
