I've heard that you would need a note or prescription from his doctor to take it to the WIC office to get it switched but I would call to make sure
First, call your WIC office and make sure that formula is offered. WIC doesn’t carry every single formula on the market and each program is different depending on the state you live in. If your WIC office offers it, then you will need a prescription from the doctor for them to issue it to you. Just google WIC medical documentation form and carry that with you to the pediatrician’s office.
you guys are awesome! Thank you so much!! I’ll definitely be calling and seeing what i can do and seeing if i need a prescription for it
i’m on wic with similar total care and i had to tell the person i did the interviews and appointments with the exact formula, the whole name and they gave it to me. so id suggest calling them and telling them that your little boys tummy can only handle sensitive 360 and that’s what’s best. typically they care more about the fact that the baby is eating than anything.
