Question, if you've been cleaning him the same way for four years, why think of getting him snipped again instead of just continuing how you've been cleaning or showing him how to clean?

You shouldn't be pulling the skin back, that could injure him!!! Take him to a doctors and talk to them about it and see if there is something that can be done.

I’d say just leave it be. A little foreskin never hurt anyone, there’s a reason men are born with it. It’s natural. But as for the comment about pulling it back to clean, they recommend not to do it if it’s hard to pull back but other than that it’s fine, matter of fact they say potty training age is when you start to do that

@Lillyen Rose we have different guidelines in our countries, the NHS here says not to do that until puberty when they will clean it themselves. Hence why I said it but everyone is different and must do what they think is correct.

@Lillyen Rose No problem at all lovely, mine is 7 months old so we haven't got there yet either! Funny how all guidance differs in different places isn't it!
