I had very tender boobs from expressing my milk but yesterday and i noticed i have a small hard ball in my boob and really. Has anyone had anything similar?
It’s most likely a blocked milk duct. Try to massage the lump towards the nipple when expressing to release it as well as a warm compress prior to expressing. X
