This sleep regression is so hard isn’t it? I’m really struggling with tiredness whereas I was ok before 😔😴

My boy went from 7.30-3 ish.. now he’s waking 11.30 or 1, 2.30 or 4.. then up at 6am 😴

Sleeps been really hard for us too this past week. I keep thinking it’ll pass 🤍 got her in the bed with me now and never thought I’d do that but she’s asleep so I’ll take it x

Sleep at this age is crazy. My son was sleeping through the night, then we hit the regression which was very difficult! Then he slept through the night 5 days in a row! Thought it was all over and then all of a sudden is waking up lots before midnight and then wakes up just before 5am 😑 it’s so hard to cope with isn’t it? Xxx

I’ve been struggling cope for a few months now, we seemed to hit the regression early at around 14 weeks (now 21w) with hourly, sometimes a few times an hour wake ups and I’ve been a zombie with burning eyes for a long while haha 🥲, there’s been a lottt of tears from both me and baby! And to make it worse we’ve both been sick for 2 weeks so sleeps been worse. All I can say is we’re all amazing mama’s and we just keep going for our babies!! My little boy slept 8.30-5am last night for the first time in ages and now I’m desperate for him to do it again 🤣, hang in there 💖

I’m on the fourth week of 6+ night wakes, but last night we only had 3 so I’ll take that win!! It’s really hard. The first week was awful as he had been sleeping through. Week 2 and 3 I was kind of used it it being the new normal and was powering through, then this week I’ve been really emotional and tired as the sleep deprivation is catching up!! As others have said, it seems like the only way is to go through it and better sleep will come. They are going through big progression stages at the moment and babies are meant to wake up regularly! It just seems my social media is full of sleep coaches at the moment, telling me my baby should be having 12 hours straight through!!x

It’s so hard the sleep deprivation! I find it very frustrating when I’m exhausted because I want to enjoy the day but when you have basically had no sleep all night it’s really tough!! Just keep thinking it’s just a phase and will get better! I agree with the sleep coaches I think any advice and tips should be shared on NHS so everyone has access
