Breakfast

I usually do 30/ 45 mins after first morning bottle. I’ve read it’s best when that are not starving at the beginning, when learning to eat. But you can do anytime that works for your schedule I guess

Mine wakes up at 6 and has boob, then we play until 7, then breakfast 7:15/7:30, play until 8:15, boob, change, then first nap 8:45ish. So yeah I think 7/7:30 is fine!
