Does anyone know why she makes this sound?

Hello, first time mum here to 2 month twins. One of the my twins here has always been vocal but especially when it comes to digesting her formula. She always grunts and moans after feeding and during sleep. Often it looks as though she's having a bowel movement, but then she cries. I don't think it's trapped wind as she farts like anything 🤣 but I'm worried she is uncomfortable. She always groans like this, is this something she will grow out of or do I need to seek medical advice? She also is on Aptamil reflux which seems to have helped her reflux.

I think because she is trying to poo

My son made these sounds as he was having belly aches from his milk allergy and severe reflux so could be that. I mean he sounded exactly like that 24/7 until we used prescription formula

My baby is doing the same - we got prescribed gaviscon for her but she is still making the same uncomfortable noises

Gas

Even if she’s farting she could still have trapped wind. My little boy (12 weeks) has suffered from bad reflux ever since he was born and he farts a lot too but he still suffers with trapped wind. It’s almost like he farts to make room for more wind to get trapped🤣 I’ve found baby massage and bicycle legs help him a lot! Hope she feels better soon

Yea that’s the face my baby makes during poopy time😅

Try bicycle legs if the diaper ends up without any #2 in it. Ps. Remember to wiggle their legs after to Leo move the gas down

My baby does the same
