Finger foods
Help! My baby LOVES holding food, toast, strawberries, broccoli, you name it. However he doesn’t actually eat much (if any) of it. Is this okay? I keep seeing people say their babies have 3 meals a day… mine is still exploring I think

Mine just likes smooshing it into his highchair
My little girl is the same 😂 she smooshes it in her hands. She will put the odd bit in her mouth but doesn't like me help her. She likes to be independent 😂 she will only let me give her porridge or yoghurt
My boy is 8 months next week and the same not sure he’s eating much at all and it’s making me worried!

Most of my babies food ends up in their bib or on their floor. She will eat but spits a lot out also 😂. Think they just explore until 12 months which is why their milk is still their main source of nutrient!
