What do yours and babies schedule look like through the day & into the night? What are we doing during wake windows to keep baby stimulated so they’ll sleep longer? Our girl just turned 3 weeks yesterday & I feel like we have an okay schedule as far as feedings go!

Do you do 3oz or 4oz? Does your baby do every 2 hours, 2.5 hours, or 3 hours? Do you do longer stretches at night like every 4-5 hours?

My anxiety is so so bad pp now.. I can’t even manage to do daily simple things. I’m on 20mg of lexapro already and I’m starting to think I may need to go on something else. I think I’m at max dosage for it too. It’s so tiring.. 🫠

So I know it’s not normal for a newborn to be rolling over from belly to back. I’ve considered taking him to a chiropractor because he is very stiff and then rolling. Anyone do this with any of their littles? Kind of anxious just considering it.
