Hey ladies - I’ve been applying to jobs since MAY. Feeling increasingly frustrated and defeated. All these companies are using AI now to screen resumes and I feel like I’m just being looked over. I even posted locally to clean businesses or houses (which I owned a cleaning company for many years before working remotely) and not a single message. Really struggling mentally and financially.

Does anyone have any leads for remote - Human Resources or payroll? I have lots of experience!

***edit to add - yes, I have checked sites like Indeed, LinkedIn etc; multiple times a day for openings and have diligently applied.
