V in Breastfeeding

Ending breastfeeding

I have made the choice to stop breastfeeding and exclusively formula feed. My milk came in, but I don't feel motivated to breastfeed and pumping is a full time job. I know this will be better for my mental health too. But I still feel a little sad about letting my milk dry up. Did anyone else feel this way?
