30 & Older Moms

Can someone please help me. I keep seeing posts from groups that I’m not apart of, and quite frankly don’t want to see at all. I’ve gone through the groups that I’ve joined and they are not on my list. But I keep seeing the posts; and it’s really triggering and frustrating. I would like to make it so I don’t see these posts any longer. Does anyone have any suggestions?

With my first I had to have an emergency c section so likely would be booked for a c section for a 2nd. Can anyone shed some hard truth stories of having a second my age as well as having a 2nd c section and the recovery

I’ve been using the Nara Baby app to track my son’s sleep and nap times. They just announced they are charging for a subscription starting next month. What baby tracking apps are out there that are free? Not behind a paywall or a trial period but simply free. Thanks!
