My baby was born at 34 weeks + 5 days, does this mean her development will be delayed according to her date she was due? A baby at 7 weeks becomes observent of their surroundings, does this not apply to my preterm baby?

My baby was born 34 weeks + 5 days. Her umbilical cord came off after 7 days. I have realised her belly button is very big and bumpy, has anyone else gone through this. Is this normal? Will this go down in time?
