Exclusively Pumping Mommas

Hello! Tips for increasing supply? Im taking fenugreek capsules, using heat pads, power pumping once a day but still not getting enough to get her through the day 🥹

First time mum here I want to exclusively pump and would like some recommendations I want to use pumpables pump for my main as I've seen it's well recommended. If there's better suggestions for a main tho that'd be great I also want recommendations for wearables / portable pumps as ofc most reviews online are paid now a days but also there's insane mixed reviews on wearables more so then main ones. Any recommendations are welcome but ideally not break the bank expensive not more then like £200 ISH expensive

My milk is decreasing I used to pump at least 6 7oz on total each pump now I’m barely getting 4oz. I’m currently 7 weeks postpartum what can I do to bring it back up. I’m pumping 20 min and it makes me wanna stop because I’m barely making enough to feed her HELP!!

I want to stop expressing all together and let my milk dry up. Did anyone do this gradually or just stop all together ? It's been a day and wow they are so sore aswell as tye sore nippples and I want to hand express for some relief but not sure if its best to just leave it ?
