Feeling discouraged
My milk is decreasing I used to pump at least 6 7oz on total each pump now I’m barely getting 4oz. I’m currently 7 weeks postpartum what can I do to bring it back up. I’m pumping 20 min and it makes me wanna stop because I’m barely making enough to feed her HELP!!

Did you stop gradually or suddenly ?
I want to stop expressing all together and let my milk dry up. Did anyone do this gradually or just stop all together ? It's been a day and wow they are so sore aswell as tye sore nippples and I want to hand express for some relief but not sure if its best to just leave it ?
