I wanted to create a group for Mums who like to keep fit and want to share tips, workouts and exercises they're into.
Especially in these current times it might be good to share what you are doing to keep fit from home or in the outdoors if you can't get to your usual gyms or classes etc.
This isn't a group for weight loss, this is a group for mums who use exercise to help them feel great!
You could use this as an accountability group if this is good for your motivation.
Please feel free to talk about nutrition, but please do not use this group to promote and discuss specific diets/food restriction.
