I’ve been having so much pregnancy symptoms but I’m 4 days away from my period I’m ttc and I like I see faint lines in these test the last two are 10dpo

Currently 8dpo and I’m feeling twinges and sharp pains on one side also in thee middle and my lower back area is cramping I have been TTC for 5 months I pray that this is the month for me. What was your first sign on implantation and does everyone bleed when it happens?
