Inherent racism?

I want to have an open (hopefully friendly) discussion about inherent racism, what it is what is expected of "white people" I honestly am just trying to learn more. I was recently told I need to accept my inherent racism before I can not be racist? But I'm not racist... I don't think any race is above or better I don't think any person should put themselves above anyone for anything race, money, power, etc... I try hard not to stereotype or generalize anyone.. I just want to understand this thinking a little more.

Events for kids

LET ME OUTTT!!!

Currently looking for moms who needs a night out? I know social distancing is still a thing but I would like to plan a event were we can let our hair down. It's been so long and I think it's high time for a vacation away. So if you're in the Charlotte area let's plan a get together outside with no kids let's take a page from our SO and leave our babies with them.

I vow to do better and not shut up

I feel I have always been anti-racist but the last few weeks it is at the forefront od my mind most of the time. I don't want this movement to shut up and go away I want them to speak louder, I want to learn more and I want to be better educated. I hate that people are suffering daily and I will never know what that feels like as a white person but I will do everything in my power to educate myself and my children. I won't shut up and I have received hate on social media for my outspoken ways, but I'm not shutting up ever.

Anti-racist education

I am a foreigner person who moved to the US 5 years ago. I have suffered from some level of racism in my life, but reading some of the comments in this group, I realize that what the POC suffer in the US may be a lot worse than what I've ever seen. So 2 questions: 1) what movie, ideally, can I watch to better understand what the POC suffer? I say movie because I work full time, I am a mom and a wife too, so not much free time. 2) I have a 1 yo baby, what can I do to help her be a better person, an anti racist person? Thanks
