Normal LH spike?

This is the highest I’ve ever gotten on an ovulation test, but it went back down immediately.. is this enough of a spike to ovulate?

Verrryyyyy light Spotting 7w1d

Looking for positive vibes and positive stories - I am 7w1d today with my rainbow baby and noticed 2-3 spots on my underwear today. Naturally am freaking out but my dr said it can be totally normal and just to monitor things. Has anyone experienced this or similar and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy?
