Just found out pregnant after loss 1 year on - advice needed
I just done a test and it’s come back positive on day of missed period. My last pregnancy resulted in a loss this time last year as baby had a chromosomal abnormality. Is there any supplements/ diet I can use to ensure this baby sticks? So scared
