Endometriosis. What is it? • Endometriosis occurs when bits of the tissue that lines the uterus (endometrium) grow on other pelvic organs, such as the ovaries or fallopian tubes. Endometriosis pain after surgery

I had excision surgery just over a month ago. I’m not really sure how to expect to feel, but I’m still getting really bad pain in my left side and lower back which was my original problem. It literally doesn’t feel any different to before surgery. Is this normal?
