Endometriosis 💪🏽🎗

The uterus is anteverted and normal in shape, measuring 39.3mm AP x 62.5mm in length. Endometrial thickness - 7.2mm, demonstrating a regular echo pattern. Both ovaries are enlarged demonstrating multiple follicles. Both ovaries are noted within close proximity to each other In the midline. Vascularity demonstrated with the application of colour Doppler, however an intermittent torsion cannot be ruled out. Right ovary measures 33,1 x 32.9 x 32. Imm, Right ovarian volume = 18.3cm3. Right ovarian follicles are noted peripherally. Left ovary measures 40.0 x 33.9 x 23. 2mm. Left ovarian volume - 16.5cm3. A 10. 1mm dominant folllele is noted within. The known right adnexal cyst measures 33.1 x 30.6 x 27. 4mm. Peripheral vascularity demonstrated. Free fluid noted in the POD and right adnexa. The deepest vertical pool is in the right adnexa measuring 14.5mm. The urinary bladder is suboptimally tull and therefore cannot be assessed.

This isn't a regular thing but I've been really struggling with this one my head started hurting about 2-3 days before I got period and stomach, back and pelvic pain have been horrendous since It started 😭 I'm really struggling to move about jn so last night I had to ask my mum for help with the kids (9 month old & 2 year old (3 next week)) but that meant them going to my mum's which is about 2 hours away on public transport. Which also meant my daughter missing 2 days of nursery. They're coming back tomorrow and she's not in on a Wednesday so I messaged the nursery and let them know she'll be back on Thursday and did tell them why she's not in but now I'm nervous about it

Stage 4 endo and am extremely lucky to have had my little girl 7 and a half weeks ago,started my first PP period tonight,in awful pain🤦🏼‍♀️wondering if anyone has had easier periods PP with endo?

hello everyone i’m 25 almost 26 i was diagnosed with stage 4 endo when i was freshly 20 after being told i would never have children i have a beautiful son that is now almost 2, my endo is effecting a lot more of my body and after i gave birth i needed surgery to remove cysts that had spread throughout my body the biggest one at that time was one incasing my bladder and my uterus as one, my best friend is telling me i should get a hysterectomy and my fiancé just wants best for me i have always had trouble getting behind a hysterectomy but at this point i dont know what i should do.

😭😭 I sat on her bed for less than 5 minutes with a cup in that I had just emptied before going in there and I've emptied it again since but am already bleeding through.... I slept in this morning I've been awake less than an hour and a half dad was up with the kids but he had to go out 😭😭😭😭
