Are your little ones still in a 5 point harness car seat or a seat belt? My daughter is 21.1kg and her car seat says her harness is to be used up to 18kg so she is too heavy to use it? (Although it does fit fine) But I still think she’s too young for the seatbelt. Any suggestions?
