Exercises/activities after c-section and breastfeeding?
I had an emergency c-section, the tissue around the huge scar feels a bit tight and yoga stretches feel different than before..also, I'm breastfeeding and my boobs are huge..anything including jumps or running is impossible! Best activities and exercises to get back into fitness postpartum (except yoga..) :))
