I took my 3 year old the dentist today and he said there is a tiny black dot on one of her molars which he will monitor. I’m absolutely gutted and beside myself because she has a really good diet and we’ve always limited sugar because this has been my worry! Has anyone else experienced this?

My 3 and a half year old had been complaining about a sore ear on and off for the last few hours. He doesn’t have a temp and the ear isn’t red (yet) but he was very unsettled there for a while over how sore it is. Should I ring the doctors in morning? Or only ring if he gets a temperature along with it?
