Post Natal Depression group (PND/PPD)đź’–

This group is for Mummies that are experiencing Postnatal depression / Post Partum Depression (PND/PPD) I’ve created this group on personal experience, having been diagnosed twice with PND after both of my daughters births.. and I’m still recovering from the second one I don’t think PND is spoken about enough, I want to support Mums and let them know it’s okay to talk about your thoughts and feelings as I’ve been through it.. its difficult being inside your own head sometimes! But don’t worry there is light at the end of the tunnel💡we will get through this together 💪🏽

What can I do?

Wrote out a list of concerns for the health visitor but still not really sure how to fix any of it.

Mum and baby unit
