Ladies are your little ones in crèche? What kind of hours are ye doing and how are ye finding it?

Ladies,is any of you tried intermittent fasting to get your weight back after pregnancy? I know if you are breastfeeding you can't have this type pf diet, but now I finished a breastfeeding and I am thinking about fasting a lot, would like to hear other opinions☺️

Hey guys. Just found out that I'm 4 weeks pregnant again after having my baby 5 months ago via emergency c section.

I'm not going to lie... I'm freaking out. Very upset. Our first was planned to a tee and we thought we were being careful with contraception but apparently not careful enough. 😭

I'm worried about possible medical risks and all the bad things that can happen for me and baby. What I guess I'm wondering is if there are other mamas out there who have been in similar situations who have some good news stories? Could really use the positivity right now. Thanks in advance ❤️

My little one is 4 months old, and is a terrible sleeper! When he was a baby he slept through, maybe woke once for a boob and that was it. In the last few weeks he’s waking several times a night, getting him down to sleep is a nightmare that leaves us both in tears and he’s awake again in 45minutes! I’m nervous about sleep training, because we bounce around houses all the time, some days at my mums, some days at my partners and recently some days at my grandparents, so CIO isn’t an option, others hear him cry and they’re straight up to him! Does anybody have experience sleep training, or has anyone been in a similar situation with the bouncing around ? Any advice or insight is greatly appreciated, From one tired and frustrated Mama!
