I am struggling so bad with keeping up with things/feeling like I can sit down and actually be relaxed. There is so much to do all the time, and i feel like if i add another thing to my to do list I’m gonna lose it. How do you manage stress/staying on top of things?

Is anyone in the same boat???? I have a set bedtime for my kids (I use to be worse with naps but I'm better) my baby goes to bed at 7 and my toddler goes to bed 730/8.... No one understands that going out to eat and keeping me past the time I have to be home effects all of us the next day.....my baby has a witching...
