Does anyone in the northern NJ/lower upstate NY area ever wanna meet up for a hike?? Any level is fine! I can do a mile or on a good day I can do 7! My son is 21 months and I carry him in a backpack!

My baby will be turning one in December and loves to be outside. We live pretty far north so it's already getting chilly. What has worked for you for layering for cooler temps? Any recommendations for warm pants that she can easily move in? Or for good warm layers to go under a snowsuit once it's time for that?

A momma who’s getting the itch
I’m starting to get the travel itch to hike and camp so I took the little one to a local state park to curve the itch a bit but she ended up falling asleep towards the last quarter of the hike and my heart ❤️ I had to share. I waited so long for little moments like this 😭
