Work out buddy soon

I’m thinking of getting back into my gym routine! I used to go from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., and then I’d grab a smoothie or just drink water or flavored water with lemon or some frozen fruit and ice. This will be during the school day, and when my child is at summer camp. I’m also planning to try yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and swimming. I’m considering looking into a different gym, and maybe we could even get our kids to join us for workouts and swimming.🏋️

Weight regulation

Considering moderate carb diet

Hey everyone so i am almost 20 weeks pregnant and have been pretty active the last 2-3 years since having my daughter . I have done low carb /keto cycling when i am not pregnant. I was wondering if anyone has done 100-150 grams a carbs a day in their pregnancy prioritizing mostly protein / fiber . I do not have any health issues nor having any pregnancy issues . TYIA! (:

Tips for semaglutide?

I’ve been trying to lose weight for over a year and I was doing intermittent fasting, calorie deficit, going to the gym 3 times a week, spending an hour on cardio everyday etc but didn’t lose a single pound. I also got really burnt out really fast.

I ended up starting semaglutide since I can’t lose weight naturally (most likely due to my thyroid) and I’m trying to determine how much exercise I need to include. I burnt myself out last time so I don’t know if that is maintainable. Has anyone else on here lost weight with semaglutide and have any tips on how much exercise and what not you did?? I’ve got my diet figured out.

How do you stay disciplined?

I started doing stretches last night because my lower back has been painful to the point it's slowing me down in daily life. Told myself to do a few stretches at night when my little one is asleep and in the morning when he's at school. I always start working out and stop. I'm strong for maybe a week then I stop. Either I'm too tired, my period or just life happens. How do you stay consistent with working out/eating healthy?

Pregnancy symptoms

Day 3 of quitting processed sugar and caffeine

Share your favorite indulgent recipes with me please I am such a “need a sweet treat” girl and I can’t cold turkey this addiction. So far my favorite thing is mashing a brown banana with Greek yogurt or cottage cheese and it tastes like banana pudding. What’s yours ?
