I am working on my forward fold as I later want to work on front splits and pancake. I'm into calisthenics but I lack all of the flexibility and strength to do anything cool. But recently been working on the forward folk position and I've already made so much progress in 2 weeks

So I’m at my heaviest weight ever 9 months PP I have a goal and a goal weight my weight currently is 230 and my goal weight is 135/145 I’d like to get to this by may of 2026 I have a treadmill dumbbells and a bar and kettlebells as well as an exercise bike a rowing machine a small step machine and ab machine from (T...
