Running after c-section

I’m about 4 months pp and have been intermittently trying to get back into running. I’ve been doing strength training and feeling better but running still feels like a big strain on my lower core. Any advice?

8 month pp and I haven’t lost a pound

I’m STRUGGLING before having my amazing baby boys I weighed 145 and now I weigh 200 I hate how I look in the mirror and I hate that I had to buy a whole new wardrobe I’ve tried dieting and working out I go on walks constantly with my boys and hiking on the weekends please someone tell me what I’m doing wrong!
