I am in a controlling relationship

My boyfriend said he would kill me if I ever left him or cheated on him. He is very controlling, I am not allowed to do certain things, speak to most people, go anywhere alone, he tracks my location. There are too many things that he does, I can't even list them all. I want to leave the relationship. Unfortunately for me, I rely on him financially so the only way I can actually leave is by getting a job but I cannot work somewhere there are men, and I have 3 children that I would need childcare for. It is extremely difficult for me at the moment and I have no other support. He told me yesterday that if I leave him or cheat on him that he would kill me, or worse. I asked what the or worse would be and he said 'you'll see' I am scared to leave. What should I do?

Normal Holiday Pay

I need clarity on accrued normal holiday pay. In my company, we have 28days annual leave which expires if one doesn't make use of it before the end of the year.

But do I still lose my unused holiday because I am on maternity leave?

Mother's Day

First of all, happy Mother's Day to all the mummies out there! I truly hope you are all having an amazing day!

Personally, I am having a very sad day. Again, my husband decided to ruin it by not doing much to make me feel special, needed, or wanted. This has happened for three years now, and not just on Mother's Day, but on birthdays and holidays, etc.

I also get angry, and it ends up in an argument every occasion. But when the tables are turned, I take out the fireworks all the time and celebrate Father's Day/birthdays, etc., from morning till night.

Does anyone else go through this, or am I alone?

Trust issues

Nothing like your partner going on a stag do to make you realise you have major trust issues. I have no reason to not trust my partner, but I feel like I’ve grown up trusting people and them breaking it. I feel so worried that something could have happened, even though my partner planned the stag and I knew everything they would be doing.
