Heya! Does anyone have any recommendations for breastfeeding supplements for mummies? I have tried the pregnacare brand for a month now but I am not liking the multiple tablets per day 🤭

My joints are in a pitiful state after having my baby a year ago. I'm considering adding collagen to my routine but there just seems to be a lot of hype and no real science behind it. I just thought I'd ask the hive mind if they have any experience with it? Thanks :)

Did somebody had to repeat anatomy scan? Baby girl was in awkward position and wouldn’t move at all so all checks couldn’t be completed. Feeling anxious as first time pregnant, is this normal or does it mean something wrong with baby ?

Anyone got some good research on formula past 12 months, lo is 12 montgs next week and currently on 3 bottles and breastfeeding as well as 3 meals. I wanted to exclusively breastfeed but due to low supply and difficulty with lo gaining waight ive been combi feeding, it says to breastfeed up to 2 years old but not to formula feed , I'm confused why if breastfeeding post 12 months is so important then why is formula redundant ?

My 20 month old loves the planets, the sun, and stars, so I want to get her something to properly learn the solar system for xmas or for her 2nd bday! I prefer real or realistic images over the cartoony ones, does anyone have something they can recommend? Open to books, toys, etc :)
